🚫 What Not to Report

This page is not for regular support or user errors.
If you’re having trouble with a product, order, or service, please visit our Customer Support / Help Center page instead.

Please do not:

  • Attempt to access or modify data that isn’t yours

  • Use automated scanners or brute-force tools

  • Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or spam attacks

  • Share or disclose vulnerabilities publicly before we’ve fixed them

When reporting, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Steps to reproduce the problem

  • Any screenshots, code snippets, or examples

  • The URL or part of the system where you found the issue

If it’s a technical vulnerability, please send the details privately, do not post them on social media or public forums.

⏳ Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid reports within 3–5 business days.
If your report is valid, we’ll let you know once the issue is confirmed and again when it’s resolved.

Please avoid actions that could harm our users, servers, or business operations.
